This document sets out the legally binding terms and conditions governing your use of the bettpro platform, including all sports betting, casino, and gaming services available at bettpro.org. Please read it carefully before registering or placing your first bet.

bettpro is strictly for users aged 21 years or older. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement. bettpro reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately suspended and any funds held pending investigation.
Each individual may hold only one bettpro account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any promotional bonuses claimed across those accounts. This rule applies regardless of device, IP address, or payment method used.
All account transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bettpro supports JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and USDT. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. bettpro reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawals.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods stated in the relevant promotion terms. Abuse of bonuses — including multi-accounting, collusion, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
bettpro is committed to responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to use available deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools built into the platform. bettpro may restrict or suspend an account if there are reasonable grounds to believe a player is experiencing problem gambling behaviour, regardless of account balance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which bettpro holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from your use of bettpro that cannot be resolved through customer support will be referred to the relevant independent dispute resolution process available under our licensing authority.
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bettpro ("bettpro", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services available at bettpro.org. Please read this Agreement carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the bettpro platform.
The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:
By accessing the bettpro Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a Bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, including any documents incorporated herein by reference such as the bettpro Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and bettpro relating to the subject matter herein. bettpro reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
To register and maintain a bettpro Account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:
To create a bettpro Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You are obligated to update this information promptly whenever it changes. bettpro relies on the accuracy of registration data for KYC verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming obligations.
Each individual is entitled to hold exactly one bettpro Account. The operation of multiple Accounts by one individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, and may result in the withholding of winnings pending investigation.
bettpro may at any time, and is required to before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, request KYC documentation. Acceptable documents include a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence, along with proof of address and proof of payment method where required. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension and may result in the return of deposited funds to the original payment source.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bettpro Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using valid credentials will be treated as authorised activity, regardless of whether it was conducted by you personally.
If you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to your bettpro Account, you must notify bettpro immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. bettpro will suspend the Account pending investigation but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to notification.
An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or Bet has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bettpro reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of PKR 200 per month to dormant Accounts following written notification to the registered email address. If an Account balance reaches zero as a result of inactivity fees, the Account will be closed. Players may reactivate dormant Accounts by contacting bettpro support.
All bettpro Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, bets, and winnings are displayed and processed in PKR. bettpro does not guarantee any particular exchange rate for transactions involving USDT or other non-PKR payment instruments; applicable conversion rates will be displayed at the time of transaction.
bettpro accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and USDT. Payment methods available to a specific Player may vary based on their location, verification status, and applicable regulatory requirements. bettpro reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time.
The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified Accounts, although bettpro reserves the right to apply transaction limits based on risk assessment. Deposits are credited to your bettpro Account in real time or within a short processing window depending on the chosen payment method. bettpro does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund the Account or a verified alternative. bettpro aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to completed KYC verification. bettpro reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, and may delay processing where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these terms.
You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are held in your name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, using credit facilities obtained for gambling purposes, or depositing funds derived from illegal activity is strictly prohibited. bettpro reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual transactions.
Where an Account is closed — whether by the Player or by bettpro — any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method, subject to satisfactory identity verification and applicable deductions for any outstanding obligations.
All bets placed on the bettpro Platform are subject to these Terms & Conditions and to the specific sport or game rules published in the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these general terms, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.
bettpro reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any Bet at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where: the Bet exceeds the applicable stake limit; the odds offered were the result of a manifest error; there is evidence of match manipulation or inside information; or the relevant market has been suspended at the time the Bet was placed. A Bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference from the Platform.
A Bet may be declared void where: the relevant event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; a manifest pricing error is identified; the event does not qualify under the applicable sport rules; or regulatory action requires the market to be suspended. Voided bets are refunded as real-money balance to your Account.
Bets placed on in-play markets are accepted subject to real-time data availability. bettpro accepts no liability for delays in live score or event data. In-play odds are subject to change or suspension without notice. Bets placed during a temporary odds suspension will not be honoured unless confirmed prior to suspension.
bettpro applies maximum payout limits per event, sport, and account tier. These limits are published in the relevant sportsbook or casino section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. bettpro reserves the right to limit winnings on any Bet or series of Bets that, in bettpro's reasonable assessment, represent unusual or disproportionate exposure.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by bettpro are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions. General eligibility requirements include: holding a single verified bettpro Account; not being self-excluded at the time of claiming; and not having previously abused bettpro promotions. bettpro reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its discretion.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings generated from those funds may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by product — sports bets may contribute differently to slots or casino games. Real-money funds are wagered first before Bonus Funds unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
bettpro employs automated and manual monitoring to detect promotional abuse. Activities that constitute abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; coordinating with other Players to exploit bonus mechanics; placing low-risk or opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; and using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions on promotions. Where abuse is detected, bettpro will void Bonus Funds, reverse associated winnings, and may close the Account.
Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire as specified in the relevant promotion terms, typically within 7 to 30 days of crediting. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Account. bettpro accepts no liability for expired bonuses where the Player failed to satisfy wagering requirements within the stated validity period.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bettpro Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content available on the bettpro Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, images, logos, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of bettpro or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, distribute, or republish any Platform content; reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's software; use bettpro's branding or trademarks without express prior written consent; or create derivative works based on Platform content.
Any unauthorised use of bettpro's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may be subject to legal proceedings.
bettpro collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering a bettpro Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
bettpro uses your personal data to: verify your identity and age; process deposits and withdrawals; provide customer support; comply with AML and KYC obligations; deliver personalised promotions where you have opted in; and detect and prevent fraud and prohibited activities. bettpro will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

bettpro is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We take our duty of care to Players seriously and have implemented a range of tools and policies to support responsible gaming. These include voluntary deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion — all accessible directly from your bettpro Account settings.
Any Player may request a voluntary self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion may be set for a minimum period of 30 days or made permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be blocked, and the Player will be removed from all marketing communications. bettpro will make reasonable efforts to detect and block attempts to open new Accounts during a self-exclusion period, though we cannot guarantee detection in all circumstances.
bettpro may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, impose deposit restrictions, suspend betting activity, or request a responsible gaming review on any Account where there are reasonable grounds to believe a Player may be experiencing harm from gambling. This is a protective measure and is not subject to appeal during the review period.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bettpro, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.
bettpro's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bettpro Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bettpro does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bettpro is not liable for losses caused by: internet connectivity failures; third-party payment processing errors or delays; force majeure events; or errors in real-time data feeds used for in-play betting markets.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits bettpro's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
bettpro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any funds therein, at any time and without prior notice where bettpro has reasonable grounds to believe that: you have breached any provision of this Agreement; you have engaged in prohibited activities as described in Section 8; your Account is subject to a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request; or the continued operation of your Account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to bettpro.
You may close your bettpro Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after all outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied and any pending bet settlements have been resolved. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon voluntary Account closure.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all licences and rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 9, 12, 15, and 16 — shall continue to apply.
bettpro reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided to Players via the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction.
Your continued use of the bettpro Platform after the effective date of any amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.2. bettpro will maintain an archive of previous versions of this Agreement, available upon request from customer support.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bettpro holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to bettpro's customer support team for good-faith resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution mechanism available under bettpro's licensing authority. The decision of the independent dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents bettpro from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court for breach of intellectual property rights, fraud, or other matters where immediate legal remedy is necessary.
